Caroline Broderick is the Founder and Nurse Consultant at AgeWell Nursing Consultancy. With over 30 years of nursing experience, she has supported older people and families across community care, hospitals and residential settings.

Caroline is an experienced nurse with specialist expertise in older person care and gerontology. Her career spans acute hospitals, community care and nursing home settings, giving her a broad understanding of the health and care needs that can arise as we age.

She is passionate about helping older adults maintain their health, independence, dignity and quality of life, while supporting families to navigate changing or increasingly complex care needs.

Caroline takes a person centred and holistic approach, looking beyond individual conditions to consider the whole person, including their health, mobility, independence, wellbeing, home environment, support network and personal wishes.

Through AgeWell Nursing Consultancy, she provides independent, practical nursing guidance to help older people and their families understand their options and make informed decisions about care.
